Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times:
After an order is placed, it takes 2 - 3 business days (including Saturdays) to prepare it for shipping. We only ship orders for delivery in the Tshwane Metropolitan Area.

After 2 business days we will contact you, our valued customer, to arrange delivery or pick up as per your order details.

We are working on expanding our brand nationally and as new regions come online we will share shipping details.

Return & Exchange Policy

We guarantee the quality of our products and its purpose to protect your valuable plants and roses from insects. Should you not be 100% satisfied with our product performance, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase upon understanding your reason(s).
